How to make the cement silo as residue free as possible?

First, reform the steel silo and install fluid system, the fluid system will send strong air to make The cement powder change into a fluid state, in this way, over 90% cement powder in steel silo can be discharged. If it is equipped with the automatic system, the effect will be better.
Following is three fluid systems for the cement storage silo:
Solution one: this fluid system is used to transport the dry powder. It produces air with low pressure and makes the powder even and fluid, and the powder will form into a fluid state under the tangential component force of gravity, and slides along the scope. The features of this fluid system are as following: simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, reliable operation, easy to change transport direction, multi-point discharge material, etc.
Solution two: this fluid system is installed on the bottom of steel silo and the installation angle is about 10°, through the heated air , the cement powder turns into a fluid state, then the cement powder will slip along scope ,down to discharging outlet. This fluid equipment can reduce the height of cement silo to save cost, so it is popular among the engineering design unit or cement plant.
Solution three: it is industrial powder silo, mainly fly ash powder silo, cement powder silo etc. In this system, the heated air will make the powder material turn into the powder fluid, to ensure the industrial powder in steel silo is easy to discharged.
